All at K2 would like to say an enormous thank you, and extend a fond farewell, to the Quality Manager, Neil Stephens, who is now celebrating his retirement after working hard alongside the team at K2 for over 13 years.

Neil joined K2 in 2006 and was up and running in the role immediately by getting to grips with organising and streamlining working systems and procedures to ensure K2 developed a robust, efficient and thorough Quality framework.  Through hard work and determination, Neil and his team have developed a structured approach to all K2’s processes that has seen demonstrable results and has guaranteed successful audit, both internal and external, time and time again.

Without Neil’s steadfast and meticulous approach to his work, K2’s internal infrastructure and processes would not be as efficient and reliable as they are now, and he leaves the company having secured recertification in the latest Quality Management standards and has ensured the firm foundations have been laid so that future successes and developments can easily be taken in K2’s stride.

K2 are so sad to say goodbye to Neil, a great friend and colleague, but express an enormous thank you to him for all the hard work and support he has given everyone in the company.  K2 wish him a wonderful and happy retirement and look forward to hearing from him in the future as he enjoys the next steps of this new adventure.
